What couples are saying:
Veronica is amazing! posted 11/1/2010
My husband and I are from California, but we had an intimate wedding in New York (Central Park). A couple of weeks before our wedding, my husband came across Veronica's website and contacted her, and I'm so glad he did because she is awesome/helpful/sweet. When we flew in to NY, a week before the wedding, we met Veronica in person and she is just so easy to talk to and really comforting during an often hectic time for couples. I can only say that we are very happy we came across Veronica and couldn't imagine anyone else officiating our wedding. Thank you Veronica! Amy & Miguel

I am so blessed to have had Veronica as my wedding officiant! She was always so bright, happy and positive with every aspect of our wedding process. Even at our first meeting, she greeted us with a loving hug and helped to put my slightly tense groom at ease. This lovely lady was open to all ideas and welcomed my unconventional concepts of incorporating Eastern and Western rituals in our Afro~Caribbean~American~Japanese love~fest that included Christianity, Buddhism, the Universe, and a "San San Kudo" sake ceremony to make for a very magical 10/10/10 day! I also want to praise her for her patience and understanding when the bride and groom were both separately caught in traffic from a parade and running late for the nuptials. When she called me to find out where I was, I could hear her smiling on the phone and her cheer helped to ease my frazzled nerves, making me know that everything would be okay. In addition, her laughter during the ceremony, while our wedding party searched for our ever~so~slightly "missing" wedding rings helped to make our guests enjoy the fun chaos. :) Veronica Figueroa is a delightful soul and someone whom I am honored to know! Sincerely, Heidi Rodney~Nakanishi
My Wedding in Central Park posted 10/23/2010 (updated 10/24/2010)
My ceremony at Central Park was beautiful! Veronica did an amazing job with her writing. I wanted a non-denominational ceremony and was not sure how it was going to turn out. I did not want City Hall, but something special. I told her to include something personal about my husband, me, and the guests that could not be there. All my guests commented how much they enjoyed the ceremony and thought it was very unique. Veronica listened to all my concerns and made a very tasteful and personal ceremony. She arrived early and was very patient while my guests arrived. Before the wedding, she met me twice to go over the writing. Her work is very professional and definitely worth it. She was friendly, easy to work with, and spoke very well. I have been to a few weddings recently where the pastor or officiants were awkward or terrible. A situation like that is very embarrassing as the bride/groom and uncomfortable as a guest. I am so thankful that I hired Veronica. She is very personal and professional. She was always available to chat either via email or phone to go over any details. She made a great memorable event for everyone that was there.
